Charges for the services are set forth in the Service Descriptions. All prices quoted are in USD. All payments must be made in US currency only. Charges for all our services are payable in advance (pre-pay).
Pricing is guaranteed for the duration of your term. Company will send notices to it's members via email no later than 1 week before new pricing is set to take effect. No Account will be opened until full payment has been received. Customers are required to keep a valid email address on file at all times.

Paypal
TnC Domain Management d.b.a CopaseticNet uses paypal subscriptions. Please click here for more information on paypal subscriptions.
If your paypal subscription fails at any time, you will be sent an email warning. If your paypal subscription fails 3 times consecutively, Paypal will cancel the subscription and your account will be locked until payment arrangements are made.
You may cancel your Paypal subscription at any time by logging into your Paypal account. Once your subscription is cancelled your account will remain open for the remainding time. You will receive an expiration notice apprimately one week before your account is locked.

Mail Orders
You will be reminded approximately one week before your account expires to renew your payment by email. This email will contain a "Due Date". The customer understands that if we do not receive a payment before the "Due Date" the account will be locked. Company will keep your account intact on the server for 1 Full week after which time the account will be deleted from the company's systems unless prior arrangements are made with billing or a payment is received.

TnC Domain Management LLCd.b.a. Copaseticnet makes no warranty of its service and availability, and the customer understands and agrees that the company's services may be terminated or discontinued at any time and without notice with no liability on the part of the TnC Domain Management LLC d.b.a. Copaseticnet and no responsibility for refunding any prepaid charges.

Company shall not be deemed to be in default of any provision of this agreement or be liable for any failure of performance of the services resulting, directly or indirectly from any: weather conditions, natural disasters, action of any governmental or military authority, failure caused by telecommunication or other internet provider, other force or occurrence beyond it's control.

Maintenance
Company designates time periods ("scheduled maintenance windows") during which it may limit or suspend the availability of the service to perform necessary maintenance or upgrades. Company will provide notice via electronic mail to customer of scheduled maintenance.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TnC Domain Management LLC d.b.a. CopaseticNet against losses, claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, actions, proceedings or judgements to which an indemnified party may become subject and which losses arise out of, or relate to this agreement or customer's use of the services, and will reimburse an indemnified party for all legal and other expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by such indemnified party in connection with investigating, defending or settling any loss whether or not in connection with pending or threatened litigation in which such indemnified party is a party.
If any customer allows an individual under eighteen years of age to access the Internet from the customer's account, The customer takes full responsibility for any access to any information that might be viewed as unsuitable. The customer agrees to indemnify the provider for any claims or charges that arise from any such use of service.

If you think your account was unfairly cancelled/terminated, we will accept and read carefully any contestations that you may present.
The customer understands that if any illegal behavior was observed on our servers, any proof that we might obtain will be sent to the proper authorities.

Suspension and Cancellation

TnC Domain Management LLC d.b.a. CopaseticNet reserves the right to suspend service to any Customer for violation of the AUP. TnC Domain Management LLC d.b.a. CopaseticNet will use reasonable care in notifying the Customer and in resolving the problem in a method resulting in the least amount of service interference as reasonably possible. TnC Domain Management LLC d.b.a. CopaseticNet reserves the right to terminate service without notice for continued and repeated violations of the AUP.
